Every day, our Savings team aren’t just keeping the balance sheet afloat. They’re forecasting and planning, bringing savings propositions together, overseeing product launch processes, and taking concepts through from strategy to market.
They cover everything from Pricing, Strategy, Proposition Development, and Product Risk, working with cross-functional teams to design, price, and deliver products that can help make our members’ lives better and easier. As well as meeting all the governance requirements and audit deadlines in a safe way.
From Proposition Managers to Assistant Product Managers, Product Support Consultants, our teams are full of creative thinkers and real collaborators making planned decisions about what we have and how to use it to do more. Driven by a shared passion for doing the best for our members, we’re pushing forward together. Making the decisions that make a bigger impact for our members. Keeping an eye on what they need from us, now and in the future.
So as their needs grow. We grow with them.
