Our Finance, Treasury and Balance Sheet teams are crucial to our future success. Finance plays a central role in how the Society operates, stays safe and makes decisions for the long term.
Our teams work across the whole organisation, supporting colleagues, senior leaders and focus on areas that keep our operations running smoothly and support members every day. These include:
● Planning, forecasting, and business partnering
● Treasury, tax, technical accounting, and balance sheet management
● Risk, pricing, funding, stress testing, and regulatory compliance
This is an exciting time to join us. We’re investing in systems, improving platforms, to modernise how we manage the balance sheet and support decision‑making. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving how things work and learning new technology, you’ll find plenty to get your teeth into here.
Not everyone here is an accountant. In Treasury and Balance Sheet Management, you'll work across trading, product, and project teams, gaining hands on experience.
From managing key financial operations to supporting strategic decisions, you’ll work with experienced colleagues, and support decisions that matter to the Society and its members.
