Our Customer Service colleagues are usually the first point of contact for our members. They advise on savings , accounts, and mortgages, helping members understand their options.
Our Mortgage Advice colleagues provide information on a range of mortgage related queries, from borrowing and repayment options to regulated, specialist advice on mortgage lending decisions. They assess what members can afford, recommend suitable products, and offer clear, practical guidance tailored to each member’s circumstances.
These are roles where you can grow. We invest in training, leadership programmes, apprenticeships, and job shadowing to help you build your skills and explore opportunities.
You don’t need a background in financial services to join Yorkshire Building Society. What matters most is your customer service experience and that you bring empathy, curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping others.
