    Annual bonus scheme

    When we succeed together, we celebrate together. All colleagues can take part in our annual bonus, with a 7 percent on target award and the chance to earn up to 15 percent depending on performance.

  • Pension contributions

    Pension contributions

    We’ll contribute up to 11 percent into your pension. If you put in 3 percent, we add 7 percent, and if you put in 5 percent or more, we’ll increase our contribution to 11 percent. You can check your contributions, update your nomination, and make changes easily through our ‘My Benefits’ platform.

    If you’re thinking about saving, you can choose to set aside some of your salary each month. You can then put it directly into a savings account of your choice through our HR system.
