I lead on all YBS senior level resourcing - Board, Chiefs, and Directors - and have the pleasure working with my amazing team to ensure YBS has the right leadership in place, now and in the future.
I've spent the last 22 years working in talent, joining YBS in 2024 - in particular being drawn to the Society for its values, its purpose, and its commercial ambitions. Exciting times ahead!

Since being at YBS I have been fortunate enough to have gained experience recruiting in most of our head office functions including People, Rick, Finance, Commercial and Audit.

I joined YBS in December 2018 and specialise in Technology Recruitment. I have worked in Recruitment since 2016 and have always worked in regulated environments (Financial Services mainly and previously Health Care too).
I’m an experienced recruiter and since joining YBS, I have had the privilege of working with our IT, Transformation, Data, Digital and Balance Sheet Management teams.

I joined the Society in 2017, and throughout that time I have worked in several departments, learning and growing along the way. However, it wasn't until April 2022 that I finally discovered my passion, which is recruitment.
In my current role with the Resourcing & Inclusion team, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with many amazing teams across the business. I absolutely love helping hiring managers find their perfect candidates, and it's equally rewarding to assist candidates in landing their dream jobs.

Since joining YBS in June 2023, I have had the pleasure of supporting the wider business with all things recruitment. Covering IT, Transformation, Data, Digital Channels, Finance and Financial Crime.

I recruit for the following business areas: Customer Service and Branch
I joined YBS in 2015 starting my journey in the Branch Network.
During my time in the branch I was able to grow and develop my customer service skills while gaining a whole range of knowledge across the different areas of the Retail Network. In 2023 I joined the Resourcing and Inclusion team recruiting for the Customer Service Divisions. I have a real passion for helping people and really enjoy the journey of finding a candidate their ideal role.
