Our work supports initiatives such as cloud migrations and transformative customer analytics, blending traditional tools with future-focused thinking. As we continue our data transformation with our new Microsoft Data Platform, we partner with the teams across the business to empower colleagues through enterprise data products and self-service reporting and analytics, with strong data governance, protection and quality at the centre.
Our data capability is large-scale and growing, with around 100 specialists working closely across disciplines and with the wider business. This means you’ll gain experience with a whole range of modern data practices and real-life challenges, rather than just focusing on a single area.
We’re embracing new technology to get the most from our data and speed up our transformation. Artificial intelligence is central to this, helping us uncover important insights and give our colleagues even better support. With Microsoft tools like Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and Azure, our teams can work smarter and bring the power of AI into everything they do.
But even with these powerful tools, people are still our priority, so we don’t create fully autonomous customer-facing bots. To support this human-in-the-loop approach, we’re setting up an AI Centre of Enablement and launching an AI Academy to build skills and confidence.
And, as well as our focus on AI, we’re expanding our capabilities in areas like ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, data science, and MLOps. It means even more chances for you to learn, grow, and shape our future.
