Think about your strengths and what you enjoy doing. If you don’t have an example that's fine, focus on what you would do. If the question doesn't ask for an example but you feel you have a relevant example please bring that into your interview questions.

“We say ‘dress for your day’ to our colleagues, so for an interview we’d say the same to you! Just because you’re going to an interview doesn’t mean we’re expecting formal business wear. Generally, we’d say smart-casual clothing will do the job, but it’s up to you."

"We want you to have a positive experience, regardless of outcome. We’ll always be on hand to help. So, if you want need something that will help you be your best, you can always reach out for support.”

  • We want you to be your best in the recruitment process. So, if you need any changes or reasonable adjustments to enable you to do that – then please reach out to any member of the team.

"Our applications don’t require a cover letter. So, when applying, tell us about your skills and what you’ve achieved. We don’t need a detailed rundown of your day to day, but want you to showcase why you’d be a great fit for the role."

“We want to get to know the real person, so where you may be using AI to support your applications, don’t forget this is your chance to tell us about you and be authentic."

“The process is a two-way street. We want to get to know you, but it’s important for you to get to know us, too. Come with your own questions, be curious and don’t hesitate to ask your interviewer or contact us if you need anything."

  • We’re conscious we live in an AI world now and whilst I think it’s a great tool to use, don’t rely on it. Come to the interview and be yourself, let your personality shine through. We’re interviewing you; we want to get to know you – not an AI version a robot thinks we would like.
