We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Manager - Architecture to set the direction for our enterprise-wide architecture capability and play a pivotal role in shaping how technology enables our business strategy.
Reporting at a senior level, you’ll lead the development and governance of our enterprise, application, data, security and infrastructure architectures, ensuring they are aligned to organisational goals, future-focused, and consistently applied across all technology initiatives. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to translate strategy into clear architectural direction and delivery.
This is a highly influential role, combining deep architectural expertise with strong leadership, governance, and change capability.
About the role
Owning the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and principles across the organisation
Leading the development and maintenance of enterprise, application, information, security and infrastructure architectures
Running effective architecture governance to ensure initiatives align to the target-state architecture
Owning and evolving the technology roadmap to support business strategy, innovation, and competitive advantage
Working closely with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and shape technical direction
Work with our Change Delivery function to drive and enable portfolio change by facilitating and managing change initiatives that impact enterprise technology and operating models
Leading, mentoring, and developing a highperforming architecture leadership team
Developing and maintaining organisationwide architecture standards, policies, and methodologies
About you
Extensive seniorlevel experience in enterprise and solution architecture within complex organisations
Proven experience setting architecture strategy, standards, and governance at enterprise scale
Strong understanding of technology landscapes, development lifecycles, and architectural methodologies
Demonstrable leadership experience, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Track record of delivering multiple, complex technology initiatives to time and budget
