Play a critical role in shaping how change performance is understood and reported within Yorkshire Building Society. This is a high-impact leadership role combining enterprise reporting ownership and insight generation, with significant exposure to senior executives. You’ll be responsible for creating a single version of the truth that enables effective oversight, challenge and decision-making across the change portfolio
About the role
The Change Reporting & Insight Lead is accountable for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise-level change reporting and insight, ensuring senior stakeholders receive timely, accurate and decision-relevant information.
Own and evolve enterprise change reporting, including standards and information flows. Ensure consistent and transparent reporting of delivery performance across the change portfolio (up to ExCo / Board).
Drive better decision-making through high-quality insight, delivering forward-looking analysis, trend reporting, early warning indicators and portfolio performance intelligence that support effective prioritisation, challenge and intervention.
Lead and develop a team of Reporting Analysts while partnering across Governance, Finance, Delivery and Risk communities to ensure reporting standards, controls and data quality are consistently embedded across the Change Delivery function.
About you
You are a senior reporting and insight leader who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex portfolio information into clear, compelling narratives for executive decision-makers.
Significant experience designing and owning enterprise-scale reporting frameworks, managing portfolio-level reporting across complex change environments and creating a trusted source of management information for senior governance forums.
Strong technical expertise in reporting, analytics, trend analysis, performance measurement and data storytelling, with the ability to convert complex delivery, risk and financial information into actionable insight.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and governance forums within a regulated environment, alongside experience leading and developing reporting teams, driving adoption of reporting standards and improving organisational decision-making.
