We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect Manager (Security) to lead our security architecture capability and play a critical role in protecting the Society as we deliver our digital ambitions.

As our Enterprise Architect Manager for Security, you’ll lead a team of Domain and Solution Architects, setting the strategic direction for security architecture across the organisation. You’ll ensure technology designs are secure, compliant and aligned to our corporate, IT, cloud and data strategies, while enabling innovation at pace.

You’ll work closely with senior technology and business leaders, influencing enterprisewide decisions and embedding securitybydesign across our change portfolio.

About the role

  • Leading the security architecture practice, standards and design patterns across the Society

  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business and strategic outcomes and aligning the target architecture and roadmap to the needs of the Society.

  • Lead a team of Domain and Solution Architects with accountability to lead architectural reviews and assessments to guide technology adoption and integration across various initiatives

  • Owning and evolving enterprisewide security architecture, models and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.

  • Ensuring architecture decisions meet security, risk and regulatory requirements.

  • Chairing and contributing to architectural reviews, guiding secure technology adoption and integration.

  • Coaching and mentoring architects to drive highquality, compliant designs.

  • Translating strategic security objectives into clear architectural guidance and outcomes.

About you

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.

  • TOGAF certification (or equivalent architectural qualification).

  • Deep expertise in security architecture, risk management and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, application and data security concepts.

  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and driving best practice.
