Change Delivery Associate Change Delivery
We are looking for a proactive and organised Change Delivery Associate to support the successful delivery of change across our organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination, PMO, delivery support or change experience who wants to build a long-term career within Change Delivery.
What you'll be doing
Deliver defined small initiatives and change activities within agreed parameters
Support larger programmes and projects through effective planning and coordination
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions, reporting and governance documentation
Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
Track risks, issues, dependencies and actions to support successful delivery
Support governance and decision-making forums
Coordinate activity across business, technology and operational teams
Assist with financial tracking, supplier coordination and delivery administration where required
Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practice and improving delivery processes
What you'll bring
Experience supporting or delivering projects, change initiatives, workstreams or operational improvements
Strong organisational and planning skills
Experience maintaining delivery artefacts such as plans, RAID logs and status reporting
Ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
Understanding of governance, risk and delivery controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Confidence using Microsoft Office and delivery management tools
A proactive mindset and desire to develop a career in Change Delivery
Desirable
Experience in a regulated environment
Exposure to PMO, project delivery or change management disciplines
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project or similar tools
APM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation or equivalent qualifications
Additional Information
