Service Integration Lead

About the Role:

YBS has an exciting new opportunity for a Service Integration Lead to join our Technology Services function. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the strategy and delivery of technology release and change for YBS Group, as well as technical systems SME knowledge to support overall IT demand.

This role will be based in our Bradford Head Office, with flexible working from home capability.

As a Service Integration Manager you will

• Interact with various technical teams including Infrastructure, Architecture and Solution Design to shape and scope activities for IT change.
• Ensure all adherence to Change & Release processes, supporting the team when needed.
• Provide technical knowledge around integration points within YBS systems.
• Interact with Delivery & Operations supporting planning (including resources) and Agile ways of working (Kanban, Scrum etc.), and where appropriate provide reporting and MI to support progress updates or escalations, including influencing and supporting risks and dependencies across IT & Change Delivery.
• Translate technical integration plans to all stakeholders ensuring clear understanding of impacts to Live.

About You-

• Expert knowledge of Service Management processes and principles, in particular ITIL methodologies.
• You will have strong experience of delivering organisational change, with the ability to convert strategic priorities and goals into operational plans.
• Experience with leading teams and services, as well as managing a set of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• A strong knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance, corporate governance, quality assurance and risk management.
• The ability to work with autonomy and make operational decisions.
