Are you an experienced Commercial Lending Relationship Director?

We are always on the lookout for experienced commercial lending professionals to join our team. If you have previous experience working with Commercial Lending and are experienced in working with customer and stakeholders then we would love to hear from you.

About this role

As a part of one of our Lending Teams you’ll support our Regional Directors to drive and grow our Commercial Lending Business. Based in one of our regional hubs, you’ll be responsible for originating new lending and building relationships with customers and business intermediaries to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

You’ll be the face of YBS Commercial Lending by meeting with prospective customers and undertake sufficient due diligence to gather information in order to make a final assessment based on the lending request.

About You

We are on the look out for candidates who have previous knowledge and experience from working within a Commercial Lending function and who have experience dealing with Commercial Lending customers.
