People Insight Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a technically driven individual to join our People Reporting and Data Team as a People Insight Analyst. If you have a passion for data analysis and are eager to advance your career, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

About the role.

This exciting role is part of our evolving Reporting and Data team within the People Division. As a key contributor, you will help with the upskilling of key stakeholders on our colleague survey tools and ensuring that where possible they can self-serve, own their results and drive colleague experience improvements.

Within this role you will also be responsible for:

• Analysing data from various sources to identify themes. You will also present the data in a way that is actionable, providing insights tailored to various audiences.
• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and First Point of Contact (FPOC) for all colleague engagement data inquiries and requests.
• Sourcing, understanding, and recommending appropriate benchmarks and metrics to hold leaders accountable for colleague engagement within their teams.
• Collaborating with the data team to shape the provision of self-serve data for people leaders and create appropriate reports for people teams and leadership groups. This will ensure the business has access to relevant people data for informed decision-making.

About you

We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, enabling them to identify trends and appropriate interventions. The ideal candidate will also possess:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience working with analytical tools e.g Advanced excel, Power BI, Oracle OTBI & Tableau
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Experience in managing large datasets and preparing communicable outcome materials.
• Previous experience working with Data Provisioning, People Reporting, or Transformation Teams.
