An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Solutions Designer to join our Commercial Lending Team. You'll play a leading role in shaping the future state of learning and knowledge solutions within this growing department.
About the role
As a Learning Solutions Designer in our Commercial Lending Division, you will need to think innovatively to identify key opportunities and generate ideas on how learning can best address capability requirement gaps. Additionally, in this role you will also:
- Explore and collaborate with key stakeholders and colleagues to facilitate the diagnosis of learning needs and defining of correct learning outcomes before solution design commences.
- Regularly maintain and update blended and digital learning resources while delivering and facilitating learning in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
- Advocate the best learning practices and provide subject matter expertise in digital and blended learning content and design to the Learning Network and to the wider organisation to maximise use of technology and collaboration tools.
- Partner with external specialists to deliver projects and learning solutions as per team priorities.
- Continuously review external best practices and introduce innovative ideas and strategies to ensure our learning provision remains future-focused and consistently improves.
Please Note: We are flexible on location and you can be based at any of our sites, with the requirement to travel when required.
About you
You’ll have a good understanding of how commercial financial products work and create value for us and the customer. This will be coupled with strong analytical skills and you will be able to use data to help to inform decisions.
The role requires individuals who have experience working with Commercial Real Estate and requires good problem solving, analytical, data interpretation and planning skills.
This’ll be coupled with a track record of creating an incredible stakeholder network and a good understanding of the wider industry and key competitors
Alongside this, you will have great experience of delivering change, you’ll be comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and you’ll have a collaborative approach to making things happen.
