An opportunity has arisen for an Analyst in our Capital Management team. Our Capital Management Analysts assist in the ongoing delivery, maintenance, and improvement of core Balance Sheet Control deliverables, including capital management monthly information, capital planning and forecasting, and regulatory reporting.
About the role
You’ll produce regulatory capital reporting, incl. COREP, MREL+, Capital+, QIS as well as produce internal capital information reporting. You will also produce capital related external reporting including Pillar 3 and elements of the Annual Report and Accounts
Support the production of the regular capital plans and forecasts, annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and horizon scanning process of capital related regulation.
Support continuous development and enhancement of strong control environment for all capital management processes.
Develop efficient ways of working across the Capital Management and wider Balance Sheet Control team.
Own analytical, MI and reporting outputs, providing support to the Capital Management team (and wider stakeholder groups where appropriate).
About you
Experience in an analytical or capital management role
Experience of working in retail banking finance, risk or internal audit function within an area of prudential risk (capital, liquidity, market risk)
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
