AML Support Specialist

Do you have an interest in Financial Crime and ready for a new challenge? Then we may have the opportunity for you to join us as an AML Support Specialist!

You’ll be a key member within the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team, and it’s a role that will put you on the frontline of what they do. This includes providing support and advice on the Financial Crime helpline, investigating potential Sanctions and Politically Exposed People (PEP) matches and triaging Suspicious Activity Reports received into the AML Team.

This is a hybrid role; with working in our Bradford office and up to 2 days a week working from home.

Working hours are between 8am 8pm Monday to Friday, plus 8am 1pm Saturday on a rota basis (approx. once every 3 months).

About you

You’ll have -

• A good understanding of financial services industry

• A proactive, considerate and committed approach to customer service

• Experience managing a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment

• Great organisation and communication skills as you’ll be working with not only customers, but the broader Financial Crime Team as well as teams across YBS

• You may not be an expert in financial crime, and that is fine, this could be a great chance for you to take your career in that direction. So, if you feel you have the skills and experience then we’d love to hear from you!
