About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll

• Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
• Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
• Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what’s right.

The Birmingham branch of YBS is situated right in the centre of the city. It benefits from fantastic transport links via the Metro tram, train stations and busses as well as local access to the A38 leading to the major motorway network, meaning this is a fantastic opportunity for commuters and locals alike. The Birmingham branch of YBS is situated in New Street, close to New Street Train Station in the heart of this vibrant City. The Branch is a Dual location shared with Wolverhampton where the successful candidate will be required to work between both locations.

Wolverhampton is a smaller City, also with direct Train, Tram & bus links to & from Birmingham. The Wolverhampton Branch is in Queen Square in the heart of the City, a short walk from the train/tram and main bus station. Both branches are extremely popular with our members and within easy commuting distance of each other. As Manager I'm looking to attract someone who has a real passion to excel in providing an exceptional customer service with commitment and flexibility to further enhance our existing successful team and who really cares about their customers, colleagues as well as the organisation they represent.
