We have an exciting opportunity for a Colleague Experience Specialist - Technology Services. This role will work closely with the Service Leads for our Desktops and Networks Voice teams, playing a key part in enhancing our technology capabilities and colleague experience across the organisation.
This is a hybrid role with remote working and some onsite presence in our Bradford and central Leeds offices.
About the role
As a Colleague Experience Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful improvements in our technology adoption and colleague experience. You will -
Champion the use of Microsoft Technologies and support their effective adoption across the organisation
Collaborate with the Service Leads for Desktops and Telephony teams to ensure alignment and delivery of technology solutions that enhance colleague productivity
Provide subject matter expertise on desktop and telephony technologies, guiding colleagues, and stakeholders towards best practices
Support the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks and controls ensure compliant and effective usage for colleagues
Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of plans and roadmaps for technology adoption, based on emerging trends and evolving colleague needs
Monitor external developments and trends in technology, bringing fresh insights to the team and helping shape our strategic approach
Organise and prioritise effectively to deliver consistent improvements in colleague experience while managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
Provide technical support for the implementation and ongoing management of our desktop and telephony technologies, ensuring issues are swiftly resolved and processes continuously improved
About you
You’ll be an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. While this role does not involve direct line management, it requires the ability to effectively influence, guide, and manage within a matrix structure. In addition, you’ll be able to demonstrate
Experience and expertise in Microsoft Technologies (such as M365 and Teams)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different teams and business areas
Experience or exposure to desktop and telephony technology, ensuring a solid understanding of these areas for effective collaboration
Highly organised and ability to balance multiple priorities, delivering quality results on time
The ability to work independently and provide thought leadership within their area of expertise
A keen interest in driving continuous improvement and delivering enhanced colleague experiences through technology
A future-focused mindset, staying up to date with external trends and bringing innovative ideas to the team
A strong commitment to maintaining governance and control processes, ensuring compliance and effective technology usage
