About the role

We’re looking for a handson OE Partner to shape and deliver organisation design and workforce change. You’ll support leaders through changes that affect roles, teams and accountabilities; translate strategic intent into something deliverable; and balance pace and cost with good design and fair, thoughtful colleague treatment. This role is judgementled rather than theoretical, and works shouldertoshoulder with People Partners, OE colleagues and change teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Organisation Design Diagnose adaptation needs; map and prioritise future capabilities/skills; challenge on operating models (including spans/layers) and futurefocused ways of working; support structural transformation mapping over the life of change programmes.

  • Implementation & colleague experience Lead the implementation of new structures and operating models, owning the colleague treatment approach to ensure a smooth, peoplefocused transition.

  • Change partnering Plan stakeholder engagement and adoption; influence senior leaders; apply practical change methods (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR) while focusing on outcomes and colleague impacts.

  • Organisation change insights Use internal/external people insights to inform decisions and shape responses to change across the portfolio.

About you

  • Demonstrable experience delivering people change (e.g., restructures or operating model shifts).

  • Strategic thinker with a datainformed approach and strong judgement.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; collaborative and adaptable.

  • Exposure to organisation design methodologies; familiarity with practical change toolkits is a plus.
