We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager Digital Channels with a strong customer mindset to lead this transformation through agile leadership, technical insight, and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
About the role
As Delivery Manager Digital Channels, you will
Design and deliver seamless, digital experiences that meet user needs across web, mobile, and self-service channels.
Lead the front-end delivery across multiple agile squads, by champing agile delivery and use of best practice engineering frameworks
Collaborate across business and tech teams to align delivery with strategy and ensure a continuous flow of value
Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster open communication
Tackle complex challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Navigate and resolve conflicts to keep teams focused and productive
Drive planning and delivery across monthly and quarterly cycles
Resolve cross-team dependencies and remove delivery bottlenecks
Use data and metrics to inform decisions and promote continuous improvement
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support forecasting and strategic planning
About you
You’ll already have a proven track record in a similar role and have a customer first mindset. You’ll have -
A strong background in Digital Agile Delivery and knowledge of product management
A calm, solutions-focused approach to overcoming obstacles and conflict
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
Ideally have experience in agile/ iterative delivery management
