About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:
- Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goalswhether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
- Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
- Focus on doing what’s right for our memberswithout the pressure of sales targets.

Portsmouth Branch are looking forward to welcoming someone new to our small team to share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and growing our business. We see lots of regular customers who we love getting to know a long with welcoming and encouraging new customers to our branch, our customers quite often comment on the family like atmosphere, and we take pride in the service they receive in the branch.
We are centrally located on Portsmouth high-street and are in close proximity to all of the other financial institutions and very easily accessible as near all of the bus stops and across the road from the train station.
You will have lots of opportunities to network with others and you may be required to cover other branches in the South Coast area. This is a really varied role and no working day in branch is the same, from serving customers on our counter, opening or changing accounts, helping us prepare and deliver Money Minds sessions to help educate adults and children on all matters money, to preparing and delivering frauds and scams sessions - we really are a branch that like to keep busy and are passionate about purposeful working.
