Our purpose drives us, and now we’re looking for a Proposition Development Manager to join our Savings and Digital Team on a 12 Month FTC
About the Role
In this role, you’ll lead the creation of innovative customer propositions that champion customer needs to deliver our savings strategy. You’ll shape solutions for our customers’ today as well as anticipate what our customers’ will need in the future.
As the voice of the customer, you’ll inspire change, influence senior stakeholders, and collaborate with subject matter experts across the business.
Other role responsibilities include:
- Design end-to-end products & propositions to support our Savings Ambition, Brand and Purpose
- Translating the Savings strategy into actionable customer delivery priorities aligned to customer outcomes and commercial plans
- Responsible for ownership and overall roadmap planning and execution
About You
To succeed in this role you will have proven experience of successfully launching innovative customer -led solutions to maximise the customer experience, alongside experience in proposition development and market execution. You will also have:
- Ability to lead change across the product lifecycle and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent understanding of customer led insights, customer behaviour data and market trends to inform future propositions and shape strategy
- Ability to demonstrate leadership on strategic initiatives into actionable customer centric propositions
- Ability to assess the cost and complexity of implementation to deliver the commercial value and benefits of a proposition
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively engage diverse teams/SME’s to deliver sustained high performance
- Experience of managing robust and effective governance for commercial and product development activities
- A detailed understanding of the financial services industry, how products work within regulatory environment to deliver value to the customer
