As we continue to strengthen our workforce analytics and organisational design capability, we’re looking for someone with strong data expertise and a proactive mindset to lead the configuration, optimisation, and integration of Orgvue, our Org modelling tool, while ensuring alignment and data integrity across Oracle HCM.
About the Role
As an Orgvue Capability & Oracle HCM Data Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enabling organisational modelling, talent selection, and strategic workforce planning through effective use of Orgvue. You’ll ensure data consistency across systems, drive adoption of new modules, and embed capability within the team, while collaborating with Oracle specialists to maintain alignment and deliver seamless integration.
You will also be responsible for:
- Leading the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing management of Orgvue to support organisational modelling, talent selection, and strategic workforce planning.
- Managing and maintaining position data within Orgvue, ensuring consistency and integrity across systems and enabling accurate data integration with Oracle HCM.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in Orgvue configuration, supporting the setup and refinement of modules to meet evolving business needs.
- Upskilling and coaching team members in the effective use of Orgvue’s Organisational Modelling and Talent Selection modules, embedding capability across the function.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of Orgvue’s Tracking and Monitoring module, enabling enhanced visibility of organisational changes and workforce metrics.
- Contributing to the rollout of Orgvue’s Strategic Workforce Planning module, aligning workforce insights with long-term business strategy.
- Collaborating with IT, Oracle specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure technical requirements for Orgvue and Oracle integration are clearly defined, tested, and delivered effectively.
- Supporting governance and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and retire legacy configurations where appropriate.
About You
You’ll be data-driven, technically confident, and experienced in managing HR technology platforms. Ideally, you’ll bring hands-on experience with Orgvue or similar organisational design tools, alongside a strong understanding of HR data structures and integration principles. Oracle HCM experience is highly desirable, particularly in relation to data management, reporting, and configuration.
You’ll also bring:
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate complex technical details in a clear, user-friendly way.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

I joined the Society in 2017, and throughout that time I have worked in several departments, learning and growing along the way. However, it wasn't until April 2022 that I finally discovered my passion, which is recruitment.
In my current role with the Resourcing & Inclusion team, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with many amazing teams across the business. I absolutely love helping hiring managers find their perfect candidates, and it's equally rewarding to assist candidates in landing their dream jobs.
