About the role

As one of our Mortgage Advisors, you will provide tailored advice to both our new and existing mortgage customers, providing an exceptional level of service each and every time.
You'll be providing advice to prospective customers looking to purchase their first home through to existing mortgage customers looking to secure a new rate.
We’ll support you with training and coaching you need to succeed and ensure you understand how we can add value for our customers, feel confident in identifying their needs and finding an appropriate solution to meet these.

Please note your training period will require full time attendance in the office. This role does offer hybrid working once fully competent in the role, however you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

About you

You’ll be committed to providing great customer service, and have great communication and team working skills. Alongside this, you’ll need;

  • Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification (essential)
  • Ability to work within agreed parameters and to make operational decisions
  • Great attention to detail and experience of building long-term relationships with customers

If you are selected to attend an interview these will be held on 6th, 7th ,8th & 9th January 2026 over Microsoft Teams.
