This is a hybrid role with both remote working and some onsite presence in our central Leeds offices.

About the role

As a Digital Product Owner, you’ll manage and take responsibility for adding and improving features that will give customers best in class digital experiences. You will work within a Digital Squad to support the day-to-day delivery, development, and reporting for our product experience. You’ll -

  • Focus on undertaking appropriate measures, targeted development priorities and engagement initiatives that result in a best in class digital experience for our members. Underpinning this will be an understanding of delivering our commercial and regulatory objectives

  • Manage the performance and customer experience of the mobile channel by translating business strategy into customer outcomes, defining stories, acceptance criteria and prioritisation of backlog to optimise value

  • Identify key insights into customer behaviour and market trends that will influence and shape the expectations for the experience changes you are implementing

  • Work collaboratively across a range of SME’s and stakeholders to ensure requirements, engagement and understanding of new change is in accordance with relevant governance and delivery frameworks

  • Away from the day to day, you’ll also assist with the creation of business cases for larger change projects in your area and performance tracking

About you

You’ll be an experienced Product Owner bringing passion and ambition to improving our Digital Experience -

  • Your Product Owner expertise will be coupled with experience of agile methodologies and frameworks, as well as knowledge of digital change implementation, planning and analysis

  • You’ll be committed to creating great customer experience and have a proven track record of delivering this previously

  • You will demonstrate leadership behaviours and ensure delivery is aligned to both customer and stakeholder needs

  • Away from the technical experience, you’ll be someone who builds strong relationships with key partners, and be able to manage these through excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills
