Level5-Lead Associate
Working closely with the MPS Operation as well as business partnering with other functions and divisions, in particular Operational Manager and Team Leaders, Quality Assurance, Learning Design and Delivery, Credit Risk, MI & Data teams, Risk & Compliance, to support the onboarding of new colleagues and ongoing development of colleagues in Mortgage Payment Support. Provide oversight of colleague performance and progress, identifying key themes, trends and root cause from training/competency and customer outcomes. Managing absence and performance for colleagues in Academy.
What You’ll be doing
- Be responsible for assessing competence in line with the Training & Competency scheme providing coaching to colleagues, focused on unlocking potential and identifying risk indicators.
- Support the operational performance of colleagues in Academy to maximise engagement and outcomes for customers.
- Be responsible for the application of the Training & Competency Scheme across colleagues in Academy and the wider department.
- Collaborate closely with Mortgage Payment Support Team Leaders to identify key trends and themes in the output of Training & Competency and customer outcome testing, proposing actions and creating plans to address areas of risk.
- Be effective at the organisation and prioritising of workloads to ensure key deliverables are met.
- Have full understanding of the Policy & Standards, enabling effective decision making, utilising experience and knowledge to assess Training & Competency and customer outcome.
- Support the Onboarding and Development Manager with strategic objectives, acting as deputy in their absence.
- Provide performance MI, working alongside key stakeholders to collate and produce monthly reporting where required.
- Identify trends/themes and create and cascade training/refreshers/masterclasses to improve customer outcomes.
- Manage performance and absence in line with Society policies.
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience in developing colleagues to deliver good customer outcomes
- Is self-motivated, driven and inspires a culture of continuous improvement
- Evidence of professional learning and development to build and maintain skills and expertise
- Subject matter expert in collections and recoveries
- SQA experience ideal but not essential
