Future Skills Framework
Building your skills starts with understanding where you are now and where you want to go.
YBS uses the Financial Services Skills Commission’s Future Skills Framework. It outlines 13 key skills to help you grow in your current role or prepare for what’s next. Building on this framework, we’ve created the Future Skills Insight Tool to support your development.The tool helps you identify where you feel most confident and where there’s room to grow.
