    • Details can be found in your original email from the Internal Mobility Team. It’s how we’ll stay in touch with you, and how you’ll apply for vacancies.

If you’re not currently in the business, don’t worry – you can register using your personal email. You just need to email us on internalmobility@ybs.co.uk, and we’ll talk you through how.

    • While the training is comprehensive we know there may be times when you need a 2nd pair of eyes.

If that is the case, email internalmobility@ybs.co.uk and one of the team would be more than happy to review your CV and offer any feedback and guidance.

  5. Send us your CV when you’re ready

    • Once your CV is up to date and ready to go, email this across to the Internal Mobility Team. We’ll add this to your profile on the redeployment portal, and it means we can use it to connect you with potential roles.

  6. Search and apply for roles

    • Check out our redeployment job board to see the latest opportunities. We’ll let you know on the advert what roles are for redeployment colleagues only.

If you have any questions about a role, speak to the hiring manager, your team, or your support contacts.

You can add a new CV with each application, so you can tailor your CV to highlight the most relevant experience. Whether you do or not, we’d always recommend checking you have added the correct version when you apply as the system will automatically upload the CV you last used.

  7. Prepare for interviews

Interviews can feel daunting, especially if it’s been a while.
