Lifecycle Marketing Specialist Level 5 Lead Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our CRM team at an exciting stage in its ongoing development. Building on the team’s strong campaign delivery, we’re continuing to strengthen our CRM disciplines, connect customer journeys and deliver increasingly personalised, lifecycle-led communications.

You’ll play a key role in accelerating that journey, bringing your CRM expertise to complement the team’s existing strengths and helping us further improve how we engage with our customers.

This is an opportunity to contribute beyond campaign delivery. You’ll help advance our CRM capability, enhance customer journeys and create communications that are increasingly relevant, timely and personalised

If you’re excited by the opportunity to combine data, creativity and customer insight to influence behaviour and make a tangible difference, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Plan, build and deliver data-led lifecycle communications across email, SMS and other go-to-market channels.

  • Develop retention, engagement and cross-sell campaigns, creating relevant communications throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Use customer data and insight to identify behavioural trends and turn them into personalised, empathetic and effective campaigns.

  • Build and optimise customer journeys, helping us move beyond BAU campaign delivery towards a more sophisticated lifecycle marketing approach.

  • Work closely with Product, Digital, Creative and Data teams to bring campaigns and customer journeys to life.

  • Champion a strong test-and-learn culture, using meaningful experimentation and results to continuously improve performance.

  • Explore how AI and emerging technology can enhance the way we develop and deliver customer communications.

About you

You’ll be an experienced CRM marketer who combines strong delivery capability with curiosity, customer focus and a passion for continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Significant proven experience in CRM and email marketing

  • Experience using customer data, behavioural insight and analysis to inform campaign design and customer journeys.

  • Experience designing and running meaningful test-and-learn activity, using the results to drive continuous improvement.

  • A curious, forward-thinking approach, with an interest in how AI and new technology can improve CRM and customer engagement.

Community and Charity

Ever since we started back in 1864, we’ve had a clear purpose – to do some good in our communities through helping people keep their savings safe. And helping everyone have a place to call home. Today, that purpose is still a huge part of who we are. And every one of our colleagues helps that happen.

We’re committed to volunteering our time, resources, skills and knowledge – more than 50% of colleagues contribute to thousands of volunteer hours every year. And our Charitable Foundation has now donated over £9 million to charities and good causes across the country.
