I joined YBS as a Customer Consultant from the Travel industry and now (4 promotions later!) I’m a Branch Manager. It just shows how people can really get on here. I’m proud that we always put our customers and our people first and I’m excited about the challenges and development that lie ahead in my career at YBS.

Before I worked here I was a delivery driver and I was delighted YBS wanted to give me a chance to change careers and put my natural bubbly personality to good use. I still can’t believe how open everyone is – we all talk to each other on the same level – especially the senior managers who are always ready to chat about work with you.

I’ve just joined YBS on a Level 6 Apprenticeship programme and I’m looking forward to getting the equivalent of a degree qualification and getting loads of work experience at the same time. More than that though, I’ll be doing it all debt free and earn a really good salary at the same time! I love it here – everyone is really professional but still friendly and welcoming.
