Putting the needs of our members at the heart of everything we do, we’re there for our members through the good times and the bad. Dealing with every call and email with empathy and understanding, we help them buy their home, deal with financial difficulties, plan for their funeral and save for retirement.

Naturally supportive and respectful, we go the extra mile to provide a warm welcome and answer every call in a friendly and professional way. Talking to a diverse range of members, you’ll be empowered to answer their queries, support them with their finances and talk about products and services that will help them with the realities of their lives today.

Who we look for

You don’t need customer service experience or to have worked in a contact centre before to join our team. We’re more interested in your people skills. You should love helping our members, solving problems and providing the best service possible. You’ll also need a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Our fantastic training will teach you everything you need to know. You’ll start with five weeks at our training academy where you’ll grow your skills and knowledge.

If you care about people and have a good attention to detail – you’ll fit right in.
